Refund policy

Eligible for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the damage must be clearly visible and result from the product being damaged during shipment.

This includes:

  • Broken or leaking cans

  • Significant warping of the can that compromises the seal

  • Damaged packaging that clearly indicates the product is no longer sealed

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at returns@drinkfrolic.ca with the following information:

    Order number
    Description of the damage
    Photo evidence of the damaged product(s)

  2. Our team will review your request and contact you within 2-3 business days.

If your request is approved:

  • We will issue a full refund for the damaged item(s) to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or undamaged cans.

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the information provided is insufficient or the damage appears to be caused by improper handling.
